Monty Python Canned Dead Parrot.NOTE. The rest of the text is a direct quote from the fact source. Quote :(before U.K.-based Bear, Bear & Bear Ltd. obtained an official Python license in 1999, the company had a novelty canned dead parrot already circa 1994; the item was an obvious nod to Monty Python but the name Monty Python does not appear anywhere on the can; in fact, the label states that the parrot is a Scandewegian Red Parrot, in an attempt to distance a little bit from the classic Python sketch; the can contains an inflatable plastic bird cage with a PVC parrot (red) hanging upside-down inside; no longer in print). Made year 199*.End Quote. On the Top of the can. R.I.P This parrot has Ceased to be.Unopened.
